Job Description

Global Supplier Accounts Manager – Devices & Accessories for AM&D

Your primary focus will be optimizing the supply base and reducing total cost of ownership through strategic supplier agreements, while also enhancing supplier performance and fostering key stakeholder relationships globally, developing and executing the supplier and portfolio strategy for existing device and accessory products and services.

Your role:

  • Manage device product portfolio for Ambulatory, Monitoring, and Diagnostic business.

  • Collaborate with AM&D Business Units and R&D on global procurement strategy.

  • Evaluate and manage suppliers, focusing on capabilities and performance.

  • Communicate Category strategy effectively to key stakeholders.

  • Lead price negotiations, manage contracts, and mitigate risks.


You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, procurement, economics, or related field.

  • 5+ years of procurement and/or commercial experience. Extensive experience in a production environment, preferably in Medical/FDA and/or EU-MDR regulated settings.

  • Demonstrated program management skills to drive strategic objectives across categories. Strong result orientation, business acumen, and change leadership skills in a global matrix organization.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

The pay range for this position is $81,000 to $130,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
