Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Pledge Mortgage Operations Analyst
Position type: Full time Contract
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84111
As a Pledge Mortgage Operations Analyst, you will:
- The Pledge Mortgage Operations Analyst would join the Operations team and would be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of pledge related requests and projects.
- The candidate is expected to eventually take on roles of increasing responsibility within the Operations team.
- Reviewing client collateral and providing funding requirements
- Performing pledged asset set up and maintenance requests
- Monitor and respond to servicing requests from Wealth Management branch offices
- Review risk reports and escalate to management when necessary
- Provide client service to the field: handle incoming calls and emails
- Managing client documentation and obtaining approval to establish the pledge
- Escalation of issues to management and provide recommendations for resolution
- Participate in projects and facilitate training to team members when needed
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate information to a range of audiences
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks
- Adaptable team player
- Detail oriented and ability to adhere to strict timelines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical skills
- Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
- Ability to proactively contribute towards continued improvements in control, operational efficiency, and industry initiatives
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Access Database and SQL knowledge is a plus
