JOB DUTIES:
- Phone operator duties; taking and routing messages
- Welcome visitors and assist office staff daily
- Assist managers with Word documents, Excel, and PowerPoint
- File customer records and shipping documentation
- Coordinate event and meeting calendars
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED required. Business degree a plus.
- Business degree or certificate an advantage
- At least two years of administrative experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Pleasant phone presentation with customer service skills
- Presents well groomed, professional appearance
- Reliable attendance with minimal missed time is required
