Promo Writer
Location: Remote, but if located in LA ideal would be to go onsite 1 day/week in Culver CityDuration: Full-timeSalary Range: $75,000 - $90,000


Position Overview
Our cllient is seeking a creative and results-driven Promo Writer to join their team in a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in copywriting and performance marketing, with a focus on creating compelling promotional content that drives engagement and conversions. You will play a key role in developing and optimizing marketing campaigns through A/B testing and content strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create persuasive and engaging promotional copy for various marketing channels including email, social media, and websites.
• Write 30-40 minute scripts for Facebook and TikTok ads.
• Identify key themes and elements to create high-retention scripts. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to brainstorm ideas and develop high-retention narratives.

• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different messaging and formats.
• Optimize content based on performance metrics and analytics to improve engagement and conversion rates based on metrics like CPI, retention rates, and click-through rates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional efforts with overall brand strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance content quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in copywriting and content writing focused on performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies.
• Experience with content optimization and performance marketing techniques.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A solid understanding of U.S. audiences, social media platforms, and performance marketing is essential.
