FULL-TIME VP POSITION
Salary: $285-$325K with 30%(+) bonus and generous relocation package if necessary
Location: Needham, MA
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days per week
Interview Process: 3 rounds, mix of virtual and in-person (will fly out top candidates if out of state)

This opportunity is part of an established, yet growing, organization. This is a nationwide search for the top candidates who bring their expertise of Beverage appliance lines to market.
Position Overview
The VP of Marketing will lead the strategic marketing direction for our beverage portfolio, driving brand growth and market share through innovative marketing strategies that resonate with consumers. This role requires a visionary leader who can develop and execute category marketing initiatives while overseeing the P&L for their beverage brands, ensuring alignment with their brand guidelines and consumer behavior insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic full-funnel integrated marketing plans for Beverage lines that align with overall company goals.
- Oversee P&L management for beverage brands, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Lead category marketing efforts to identify market opportunities and drive brand activation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Utilize consumer behavior insights to inform creative strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the marketing team to develop standout campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in marketing within the food and beverage OR Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Proven experience of bringing net new beverage products to market while also expanding product lines.
- Proven track record of leading successful brand marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
- Experience managing P&L for brands, with a focus on driving growth.
- Excellent strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of marketing professionals.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
Benefits
30% Bonus, paid out in March (last year was paid at 125% and this year will be 150%). 70% of the bonus is tied to company/business performance, 30% personal.
11 Holidays Annually - 9 (NY Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Product Launch Appreciation Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving + Day After, Christmas and 2 Floating (1 cultural & religious observance, 1 volunteer day)
PTO is unlimited.
