Our telecommunications client is looking for a Project Manager for a 12-month, hybrid role (40 hrs/week, in office on Tues/Wed., work from home on remaining days).
Position Overview
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects within the organization, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives. This is a hybrid position that can be located in San Diego, CA, Rolling Meadows, IL, Temple Terrace, FL, or Basking Ridge, NJ.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with vendors as necessary to ensure project requirements are met.
- Implement best practices in project management to enhance project efficiency and quality.
- Utilize Workfront for project tracking and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management within a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience with vendor management and budget scope management.
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as Workfront.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
