Title: Customer Support Specialist
Duration: 3 months
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Provides assistance to customers during all phases of the inventory process.
- Assists customers with their questions about how to set up and operate our equipment to successfully conduct their inventories.
- Coordinates internal operational activities to ensure each order/request is processed in a timely manner as agreed to with the customer.
- Prepares and enters required client information/requests into the department's database to document customer interaction and resolution.
- Works under close supervision to answer questions regarding company products and services.
- Directs callers to appropriate resources
Escalates complex questions to more senior representatives
Required Skills:
- HS Diploma and College background required.
- Light IT background preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is a must.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literate; exposure to Windows environment.
- Worked remotely previously preferred
- Spanish helpful
- Flexible availability (especially on weekends) is a plus
