Job Description:
- Are you passionate about process optimization and ready to make a real impact in the Finance sector? We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Analyst to join our team.
- This role will support the Finance Department, focusing on process analysis, documentation, and recommending best practices across critical business workflows that impact financial reporting and key management decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze, document, and optimize end-to-end business processes impacting the Finance Department.
- Create process flows and descriptions, recommend best practices, and work to streamline operations across departments.
- Develop insights into process efficiencies and assist with key management reporting.
Qualifications (Must-Haves):
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BA or BS).
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience within Finance or Banking sectors.
- Technical Skill: Advanced proficiency in process mapping tools such as Lucid or Visio.
- Process Mapping Expertise: Demonstrated experience mapping large, cross-departmental processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of methodologies such as Ji Kotei Kanketsu (JKK), Production System (TPS), Lean Six Sigma, or similar.
- Strong communication skill and the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with Change Management principles and operational controls.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and research methods.
