The Executive Director, Market Access, Business Excellence & Commercial Development Partner will serve as the strategic partner and “trusted advisor” for the Behring Market Access, Business Excellence & Commercial Development (ABC) team to drive business value and enable realization of business strategy through the deliberate application of digital, data and automation solutions and platforms. The incumbent will be responsible for helping their business stakeholders to realize business outcomes while further the evolution of the CSL future-state technological landscape to enable enterprise value and establish a more robust, agile and innovative technical, digital and insights-rich environment. The individual will work across their stakeholders and peers to align on priorities, investments, and capability demand planning.
The incumbent will be responsible for leading the Commercial Business Platform teams with responsibility for enabling critical commercial solutions as well as realizing the future-state technology, digital and data blueprint (Commercial City Plan. They will be responsible for working with the Commercial Business Partners to understand the needs of Behring, Seqirus and Vifor and translate those needs into holistic, enterprise leveraged solutions. This role serves as a thought leader, able to plan for future demands and needs based on macro technology industry trends as well as advocate for their stakeholders to align and prioritize their needs against the aggregate IT portfolio.
This individual will also be responsible for partnering with other solution leaders across the I&T to ensure integrated value, dependencies and leverage is achieved.
Their responsibilities include stakeholder and network alignment and change management; alignment of IT City Plans (roadmaps) to enable business strategies and business capabilities; oversight for their portfolio investment prioritization and execution; inculcation of an enterprise-value mindset and culture; promotion/cultivation of innovation to accelerate realization of business value and outcomes; and alignment of service partner on priorities and investments as well as delivery of quality of service/availability of key capabilities and services.

- Establishes “trusted advisor” relationship with Commercial stakeholders to advise and guide on business technology/digital/data solutions to enable realization of outcomes and deliver business value
- Develops a deep knowledge of Commercial business needs across Behring, Seqirus & Vifor including Commercial Business Capabilities (current and future)
- Establishes strong relationships across business stakeholders & peers to facilitate improved support of business outcomes from technology, digital and data solutions
- Responsible for driving alignment of stakeholders – business & IT—with integrated Commercial City Plan
- Drive an enterprise mindset with stakeholders – business & IT—as well as focus on delivery and realization of enterprise value from portfolio investments
- Responsible for ensuring definition, plan alignment and execution of roadmap to provide for Commercial Business Platform needs
- Responsible for alignment of service partner on priorities and investments as well as delivery of quality of service/availability of key capabilities and services
- Responsible for delivery, optimization, maturation and evolution of Commercial Platforms, including tracking of business value

Position Qualifications and Experience Requirements: Provide hiring requirements for the specified position, including educational, experiential, and competency requirements necessary for the position.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience
- 15+ years of progressive experience within the technology landscape, demonstrating continued growth and span of experience
- 10+ years of experience delivering solutions in highly regulated environments at a global scale
- 5+ years delivering solutions leveraging modern cloud SaaS. Strong understanding of cloud application architecture patterns and experience leveraging DevSecOps. Demonstrated experience with platform development and strong understanding of product lifecycle management in the software context
- 5+ years of experience working as a business partner or relationship manager, directly engaging with business stakeholders to prioritize needs and requirements.

- 3+ years demonstrated experience delivering solutions at a global enterprise scale, including delivering solutions through agile methodology
Competencies
- Communication, leadership and management and team building skills to be expanded upon
- Executive level communication and presentation skills, demonstrated ability articulate intents to business executive stakeholders
