If so, we are seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst, who will be responsible for the tactical side of pricing analytics and execution, conducting centralized pricing updates, working with the field either handling complex customers, re-pricing items or remedying any system / data issues, and helping optimize the function through process improvement, automation, and higher complexity tools (e.g., AI, machine learning, Python, etc.). You will also be involved in several other Strategy, Data or Analytics initiatives both upstream and downstream from Pricing.
Key Accountabilities:
• Assist in the analysis, development and deployment of pricing projects and initiatives
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of price lists, pricing data, customer price configurations, tables, and pricing formulas
• Own and execute established centralized pricing processes as well as secondary pricing processes
• Work with field users to address pricing-related inquiries arising from, but not limited to, calculations, ERP / tools, data issues, etc.
• Assess opportunities for process improvements in both the pricing function and related verticals
• Assist with the development/maintenance of B2C channel pricing strategies
• Assist with the development/deployment of quoting pricing modules
• Model the Berlin Values as defined in the employee portion of the T-Chart
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science required
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of recent experience in pricing, finance, consulting, implementation, project management, or similar roles
• Strong analytical, mathematical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, make data-driven decisions, and design algorithms that best solve challenging problems
• Consulting-style organizational skills, with experience working across multiple teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) and stakeholders to drive results
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Mastery of analytical tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Alteryx; Python, AI/ML, Power BI knowledge is preferred
