Our client is looking for a  Marketing Manager that will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across various platforms, with a specific focus on the healthcare industry.In addition to strong analytical and strategic abilities, this role requires excellent copywriting skills to create compelling healthcare-related ad copy that drives high engagement and conversion.The ideal candidate will be able to blend creativity with performance marketing to maximize ROI for paid search efforts in healthcare.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage paid search campaigns across muliple platforms and other search platforms to meet business objectives, with a focus on healthcare services and products.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management to ensure optimal campaign performance, particularly within the healthcare marketing space.
  • Write, edit, and optimize healthcare-focused ad copy that is creative, engaging, and aligned with the brand voice, driving higher click-through and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to drive decisions and improvements in the healthcare vertical.
  • A/B test ad copy variations to enhance performance and improve Quality Scores, particularly for healthcare-related terms.
  • Stay up-to-date with search engine marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates to adjust strategies as needed, especially within the healthcare industry.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure landing page alignment with healthcare ad copy for seamless user experiences.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Leverage Excel skills for advanced data analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) and automation of performance tracking.

Experience:

  • Copy Writing 4 – 6 Years
  • Google Ads 4 – 6 Years
  • Paid Search 4 – 6 Years
  • AB testing
  • Advanced Excel - pivot tables, vlookups 
  • Bachelors Degree - marketing or related field. 
  • Conversion rate optimization 4 – 6 Years
  • Data analysis 4 – 6 Years look at data and make decisions.
  • Good time management skills - will be meeting deadlines frequently.
  • 4-6 years of experience in the field.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $39.87 to $44.30 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
