We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) & Media Analytics Specialist to join our clients dynamic team. This role is crucial for developing data-driven insights that optimize their marketing mix strategy, working across media channels and leveraging advanced marketing analytics tools like Adobe web analytics and Excel. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MMM, understand the full media funnel, and be comfortable collaborating with both internal and external teams to drive marketing performance and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to analyze the effectiveness of our marketing channels and make strategic recommendations that optimize brand goals.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external media partners to measure and evaluate performance across omnichannel retail and DTC (Direct to Consumer) campaigns.
  • Lead budget scenario planning exercises in partnership with media and finance teams to ensure optimal allocation of marketing resources.
  • Leverage expertise in Adobe web analytics and Excel to analyze data, build comprehensive reports, and present actionable insights.
  • Use advanced marketing analytics to guide decisions on marketing investments, understanding key metrics such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and the impact of diminishing returns.
  • Translate data into clear, high-impact recommendations for investment decisions across all paid marketing channels, from upper to lower funnel activities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on marketing goals and ensure measurement strategies are robust and aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) from the perspective of an advertiser or media practitioner.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel media channels and platforms, with experience working on a media agency or advertiser-side media team.
  • Expertise in Adobe web analytics, Excel, and familiarity with omnichannel retail or DTC.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with internal teams, media agencies, and external partners.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information to stakeholders.
  • Experience in budget forecasting and scenario planning.
  • Knowledge of marketing performance metrics and financial models related to media investment and returns.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42 to $46 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
