As a Talent Advisor aligned to their Technology Services team, you will partner closely with the business to identify, attract and assess talent leveraging our client’s Employer Value Proposition.
You will also design and execute tailored recruiting strategies while providing a positive and consultative experience for hiring leaders and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Outcomes:
Strategic Advisor
- Drive the strategic priorities and talent strategy for assigned business functions and develop strong business insights.
- Build and maintain key partner relationships throughout client business groups and HR.
- Analyze data trends (i.e. labor market, supply/demand, workforce trends, our client's employment brand position) and share insights with business leaders & HR Business Partners to devise an appropriate sourcing strategy.
- Work with business teams to clearly understand their short and long-term staffing needs and provide recommendations.
- Educate hiring teams on making impactful hiring decisions and crafting compelling offer packages.
Pipeline Manager
- Actively partner with the Sourcing and Talent Attraction Program teams to support business needs.
- Nurture relationships with passive talent and build insight into talent pools to provide to business teams.
- Promote our client at job fairs, campus recruiting, and community & diversity events as needed.
- Evaluate and assess potential candidates, while marketing opportunities at our client.
- Deliver qualified diverse slates of talent for all positions.
- Conduct job offer discussions with candidates.
Process Owner
- Master recruiting processes by following internal policies and procedures, reviewing reporting metrics, and by being aligned with all federal, state and local employment laws.
- Advise on effective and legal interviewing practices.
- Prepare interview guides and facilitate interview team debrief discussions.
- Ensure completion of hiring manager interview forms.
- Demonstrate outstanding written communication and executive summary skills.
- Maintain system documentation and up to date candidate records.
Effective Collaborator
- Champion a strong community across Talent Acquisition and HR by proactively sharing information and collaborating on assigned initiatives.
- Deliver clear, concise and accurate written client ready information at multiple levels.

Required Experience:
- 5 + years full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate and/or search environment with a focus on technical recruiting.
- Extensive experience in recruiting across multiple functions and enterprises including leading execution activities from search strategy, candidate research, development, assessment, candidate management and offer.
- Ability to handle a workload of 25+ requisitions at a time (depending on complexity of roles, hiring volume may fluctuate).
Preferred Experience:
- BS/BA degree in Human Resources or related field is strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience utilizing iCIMS, Workday, or other applicants tracking systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience managing multiple priorities and a proven ability to navigate complex and nuanced interpersonal and organization issues, balancing priorities of different stakeholders, and build trust among business partners.
- Highly organized with deep attention to detail ensuring a shared sense of urgency with the business.
- Track record of crafting a customized recruiting strategy based on business specific goals/objectives.
- Strong emotional intelligence/maturity and consultative presence.
- Thrives on initiating, building and cultivating strong authentic relationships throughout the organization.
- Superior written communication skills able to leverage executive summary concepts to shape a compelling story about the assignment and candidates.
- Excellent candidate conversion skills, including marketing & selling of our client as an employer of choice.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $36.40 to $40.45 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
