Responsibilities: Lead the IT/HR relationship and help make strategic decisions for the Human Resources roadmap. Guide a team of subject matter experts, supporting technologies across Human Resources, Payroll and Finance across the organization. Manage and optimize resources within Enterprise Apps, HR & other business departments (contractors, consultants, and vendors). Serve as an IT leader. Work with IT vendors within pharmaceutical/biotech industry; and collaborate with third-party partners and suppliers. Provide guidance on innovative technologies. Sponsor and lead implementation projects. Sponsor and manage support and maintenance functions. Partner with other global and local IT management teams to ensure alignment and coordination of IT best practices for all Alkermes users. Develop and oversee creation and maintenance of design documents, SOPs, test scripts, user acceptance testing, user documentation, production support documentation, and other relevant deliverables for various IT systems in Human Resource and other domains. Lead issue resolution and cross- functional problem solving with internal and external technical support providers. Manage internal and external service provider quality and performance to ensure that services are delivered according to the specified service levels, requirements, and overall effectiveness. Manage project risks in a timely manner to ensure that adverse outcomes are minimized. Introduce best practice and process improvement ideas where appropriate. Elicit requirements using interviews and workshops, document analysis and business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis for Human Resources. Lead implementation of innovation projects including artificial intelligence and advance analytics for Human Resources and Payroll.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and seven years of experience supporting/designing/implementing HR systems. Experience must include five years each of the following: working with payroll and talent acquisition systems; Oracle Fusion; and Oracle applications including Compensation, Performance and Talent, and Reporting; and maintaining security, workflow and data using HDL and HSDL. Experience may be gained concurrently.
