A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Workday HCM Functional Risk consultant
Position type: Full-time Contract
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Remote
As a Workday HCM Functional Risk consultant, you will:

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $70-$75/Hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

As a Workday HCM Functional Risk consultant, you will:
- Support to transition all talent management capabilities from Oracle to Workday.
- Responsible for Developing/updating job aids and quick reference guides for employees, managers, and HR partners
- Responsible for supporting development of training and communications for how to conduct talent management processes (including succession planning, performance management, and talent reviews) in Workday
- Responsible for supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for talent management processes
- Responsible for updating internal team job aids and process documentation
- Report testing and troubleshooting
- Dashboard testing and troubleshooting
- Helping troubleshoots post-go-live issues/resolve escalated tickets
Main Desired Skillsets/Expertise:
- Workday HCM
- Process documentation
- Requirements gathering
- Translating business/functional requirements to technical requirements
- Technical troubleshooting
- Foundational understanding of talent processes
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and resourcefully on critical time-sensitive projects
- Capable of successfully managing cross-functional projects with limited direction
- Exceptional process and procedure writing capabilities with ability to match writing style to audience
- Ability to analyze/synthesize multiple documents and write procedures
- Capable of building and maintaining a version control system to track revisions, updates, and approvals
- Strong attention to detail
