Strong experience in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules
Experience configuring and supporting pay cycles for a large company (>10k employees)
Experience with calculation fields, BIRT reports
Experience with Stock, Bonus and Merit plans
Able to review requirement/design documents and build the workday advanced compensation configuration with minimal direction. (We do have another team member, but are not looking for someone that we need to train)
Experience supporting test cycles and break/fix
Degree not required; Workday certifications in compensation/advanced compensation would be nice to have, not required
10+ years' experience preferred

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $69.00 to $76.67 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
