National Grid are looking to appoint a Vice President Energy Efficiency and Clean Transport Programs to either New York or New England.
You will already have an extensive knowledge of energy efficiency tools and measures (electrification, EV, DSR etc.), as well as the regulatory filings, interactions and sales activities that come with delivery of these programs.
It goes without saying that you will drive KPIs and deliver results, you can list your greatest achievements in an instant. And, dealing with executive level stakeholders is very much part of your day-to-day.
But, can you boast that you've held responsibility for the delivery of $900m energy efficiency programs across both New York and Massachusetts?
This role will play the most pivotal role in National Grid's US clean energy ambitions.
You will hold accountability for driving a continuous improvement mindset, challenging existing processes and delivering excellence.
You will hold the cost and budget management for the Clean Energy Programs organisation, including replacing our existing demand side management system.
This is a leadership role and therefore it is essential that you have experience of leading teams and managing budgets. It is also important you can demonstrate experience of leading transformation and change programmes in large, complex matrix organisations.

Salary: $265,000-320,000
Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
Location: NY or NE
Team Size: 5 direct reports, c.275 FTE
