The VP - Disputes Product Lead will oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle for new features and capabilities in the Disputes domain for the Apple Card. This role requires a data-driven approach to improve customer and agent experiences and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. We are looking for proactive individuals with strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the product lifecycle for new Disputes features, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop solutions to improve customer and agent experiences in the Disputes domain using data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to define and implement product strategies.
- Own the product roadmap, ensuring that deliverables align with business priorities and customer needs.
- Write and communicate detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications to guide development teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency in a dynamic environment.
- Articulate product vision, features, and requirements to diverse stakeholders to gain organizational buy-in.
Skills and Requirements

Experience:
- 3 to 8 years in Product Management, Risk Management, or Engineering, preferably in credit cards or payment products.
- Demonstrated experience owning a product roadmap and delivering impactful results.

Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, and SQL.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Meticulous attention to detail in writing and communicating requirements.

- Strong ability to articulate requirements to stakeholders and align diverse teams.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with engineers, business teams, and compliance professionals.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (U.S. or equivalent).

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58-68.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
