Position Overview
The VP, Group Account Director for Theatre will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and managing high-level client relationships within our theatre division. This role requires a visionary leader who can develop and implement innovative advertising strategies that resonate with audiences and enhance brand visibility in the theatrical landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the account team to deliver exceptional client service and meet strategic goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies for theatre clients to drive engagement and ticket sales.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand messaging.
- Analyze market trends and audience data to inform strategic decisions and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing solutions, including digital media and omnichannel campaigns.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in account management, preferably within the theatre or entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of developing successful advertising strategies and managing high-profile client accounts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Experience with digital media and omnichannel campaigns is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
