Merchants Bank, La Crescent, is seeking a full-time Universal Banker. 

Duties include serving customers by processing various banking and financial transactions, account inquiries, and opening new deposit account relationships.  You will provide exceptional customer service and proactively offer a range of banking products and services to meet the financial needs of our customers.

Must have strong communication skills, comfortable with extensive customer contact, have sales experience, and a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.  Cash handling experience required and banking experience is a plus.

Hours will vary between 7:45am-5:45pm Monday – Friday and a Saturday morning rotation from 8:45am – 12:15pm. Occasional shifts may take place at the Onalaska, WI branch or nearby branches.

The Universal Banker will play a crucial role in building customer relationships. You will also play an important role in fraud prevention.
