Full Job Description
Pay range: $65 to $75/hr.
- Collaborate with the team on the integration of the WFM platforms (WFC & PRO) to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategies for successful integrations with Workday.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the WFM solution meets business and operational requirements.
- Participate in Agile delivery methodology, ensuring timely and successful delivery of all initiatives.
- Create and manage stories, features, and requirements within JIRA and Confluence to facilitate the documentation of progress.
- Provide support in troubleshooting, user acceptance testing, and ensuring the system meets the necessary standards.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely updates.
