Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Responsibilities:
- Research and solution best method of installing/deploying applications in the Azure Cloud
- Monitor, evaluate applications, Cloud/Azure Virtual Desktop (VDI) environments, and application deployments
- Research, solution, and deliver on new technical requirements
- Provide troubleshooting and Engineering support at the Tier3 level for Windows 10 (and higher) desktop operating systems, including establishing new build and deployment methods for Windows workstations
- Troubleshoot and support Windows Server 2019 (and higher) technologies
- Provide troubleshooting and engineering support for Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Group Policy
- Provide troubleshooting support involving desktop applications including M365 products and classification management tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally
- Document system changes/ updates
- Engineer, support, and troubleshoot Microsoft Defender including utilization for reporting and patching
- Support other Tier 3 and Tier 4 personnel with user issues, including application assistance, network troubleshooting, and other user assistance items as needed
- Create and deliver briefings to customer at various levels
- Create processes to automate task and configuration items using PowerShell
- If your skills align, you may be asked to support the Mobile Engineer to manage mobile applications and secure and deploy mobile phones
Remote Work: One (1) day a week remote considered after completion of three (3) months on the project.
ABC
- Minimum 11 years of engineering experience Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems, Active Directory (Including software deployment and administration of Group Policy) Experience and Software Upgrades.
- Engineering experience supporting a Windows cloud platform environment with the following core MS Windows Platforms, services, and tools:
- Windows 10
- Windows 2019
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- DNS, DHCP
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud Infrastructure
- Experience configuring and maintaining MDM solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience creating technical documentation
- Experience with Samsung Knox Software
- Experience with Mobile Device Management Solutions
- Knowledge of mobile application management (MAM)
- Experience with scripting tools for automation (Powershell, Python, etc.)
- Experience with M365
- Experiene with Microsoft Intune, Android, and iOS devices
- Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Certification
- Familiarity with Azure Devops
