Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for a UA Technician to join their team!

Monitor’s collection process of client UAs. Document the UA encounter in the client’s electronic medical record (EMR).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collection of UA samples, including mouth swab samples
- Entering results of UAs into Adapt's electronic medical record, additionally enter results into court systems as needed
- Weekly inventory report
- Prepare UA samples for shipment
- Accurately follow and document chain of custody, reporting all deviations when necessary
- Provide emergency intervention when necessary
- Provide a stable environment for adults who suffer from mental health issues and substance use disorders
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience working in the Human Services field preferred.
