Purpose Statement
The Training Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to support SAP S/4 HANA enterprise resource planning (ERP) system,ensuring our associates gain proficiency in using the software to optimize business processes, by assessing training needs, creating targeted curriculum, providing guidance and support for SMEs delivering the training, and monitoring the effectiveness of training initiatives across the organization. The candidate will maintain effective relationships with the contractors and part time resources, System Integrator (SI), and other IT resources to leverage their knowledge and expertise to enable improved business processes to drive process optimization and simplification.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
*Needs Analysis: Driving and owning thorough assessments to identify training gaps and determine specific S/4 HANA functionalities required by different user groups within the organization.
*Training Plan: Driving, owning, developing and executing effective training plan that includes all training, learning, and enablement activities customized to meet stakeholder/associate needs and ensure a successful experience across multiple layers of the user community (plant vs. corporate vs. leadership)
*Curriculum Development: Design and structure and/or deep experience with detailed training programs aligned with business objectives, hands-on exercises, and simulations across various S/4 HANA modules like Finance, Sales, Logistics, and Manufacturing. This role will partner with workstream leads to create impactful training content and execute the various components of the plan. (demos, classroom)
*Train the Trainer: Train and provided guidance over of S/4 HANA SME trainers, ensuring consistent quality delivery and adherence to training standards.
*Training Delivery: Operationalize train the trainer approach - ensuring the organization of trainers, logistics, and enablement. Coordinate all training activities. Facilitate both instructor-led and e-learning training sessions, covering core functionalities, system navigation, data entry, reporting, and best practices within S/4 HANA.
*Content Creation: Develop training materials such as presentations, workbooks, user guides, and e-learning modules tailored to different skill levels and roles.
*Performance Evaluation: Monitor trainee progress through assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises to evaluate effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement. Measure training effectiveness and adapt plan as required.
*Change Management: Collaborate with project teams to manage the transition to S/4 HANA, providing support and addressing user concerns during implementation and take into account the associate experience.
*Stakeholder Management: Maintain open communication with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to align training objectives with organizational goals.
*Hyper-Care: Ensure the right hype- care support plan is communicated and in place to enable user adoption. Ensure successful Knowledge Transfer and handoff post Hyper-care to the business
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Deep Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA:Extensive knowledge of S/4 HANA modules, functionalities, and business processes across different industry sectors. Global rollout experience preferred.
- Training Development Skills:Proven ability to design engaging training programs, create effective course materials, and adapt content based on audience needs. Experience in overseeing the translation of training materials.
- Instructional Design:Understanding of adult learning principles and best practices for delivering effective training sessions.
- Project Management:Capability to develop detailed step by step plan that operationalize concepts into plan execution. Capability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
- Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training delivery platforms. Experience with SAP Enable Now and SAP Companion is preferred.
- Practical experiences including planning, design and delivery
- Delivering change training programs in a wide variety of contexts including ERP implementations and transformation change program
- Excellent skills with PowerPoint, excel and analytical approach
- Ability to work and team with people across functions, sectors, geographies and cultures
- Good analytical, judgement, tact and decision-making ability along with critical thinking skills
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure ability to deliver work-products of the highest quality and overcome risk and issues to
- Core Participation in one or more full life cycle SAP implementations, achieving production status.

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

$94,183.09-$141,274.64
