Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for Training & Development Manager
Position type: Full-time Contract
Duration: 6 months Contract
Location: Remote
As a Training & Development Manager, you will:
Ideal Candidate:
B.S. degree and 5 years of experience.
Hands-on experience in Pharma R&D.
Familiar with developing, designing, and orchestrating learning for R&D.
Strong focus on role-specific training within R&D.
Experience in training within R&D.
Background in clinical research, regulatory affairs, and research and development training in the biotech industry.
Previous titles: Trainer, R&D Learning Specialist.
A strategic thinker who can deliver and execute on a vision/strategy.
Not looking for administrative or project coordinators.
Not looking for general training and learning developers (e.g., LIMS course creators).
Job Description:
As an individual contributor, this position will have minimal supervision and will partner with client groups to assess and create training materials. The role involves curating content to support a project aimed at rapidly designing and delivering competency-based onboarding and upskilling support for staff in Regulatory Affairs and Safety organizations. The candidate will work with designated training professionals and clients to establish, implement, and maintain learning plans. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $55 - $60 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
