Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to drive revenue growth. This position is full-time, on-site, and commission-based with earning potential of $75,000-$120,000 per year.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Present and promote products/services to potential customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Attend sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions as required.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, as it will allow for effective communication with a diverse customer base.
  • Valid driver's license
