Application Report Developer - Raleigh, NC - CoStar - Fortune 500 Retail

Job Description: The client is seeking a highly skilled Developer with expertise in CoStar, a platform for managing real estate and lease operations. The successful candidate will provide technical proficiency in CoStar, focusing on report development, customization, and application setup. Key responsibilities include implementing report suites, creating and updating reports to meet business needs, drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new processes, and resolving technical issues within the application. Additionally, the role will involve setting up new transaction types within CoStar.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement report suites in the CoStar application.
• Customize reports to meet specific business requirements and update them for accuracy.
• Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for processes and report management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the CoStar platform.
• Create and configure new transaction types within the application.

Required Skills:

• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CoStar reporting, development, and application setup.
• IT Knowledge: Experience troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to create and manage reports for tracking transactions effectively.
• Documentation Skills: Proven experience drafting SOPs for processes and report management.
