Job Title: STEM Technical Recruiter
Duration: 12 Months of Contract + Possibility for Extension
Location: Plano, TX 75024 (Hybrid)
About the Role
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented STEM Technical Recruiter to join our growing Data & Technology team.
- In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our recruitment processes and programs, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Provide full-cycle recruiting for technical positions, averaging 15-20 open requisitions.
- Foster and maintain relationships with potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Manage candidate pipelines and campaigns, including proactive sourcing and leveraging employee referrals.
- Understand current internal talent, skill gaps, and anticipate future hiring needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Data & Technology department to identify key responsibilities and skill requirements for each position.
- Shepherd candidates through the recruiting process, including technical assessments, work visa support, and contract vetting.
- Provide transparent communication and excellent customer service to stakeholders.
- Recommend and implement strategies to improve recruiting processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment laws.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for the Data & Technology team.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of in-house or agency recruiting experience, with a focus on technology organizations.
- 2+ years recruiting technical talent, including experience with immigration regulations.
- Proficiency in proactive sourcing techniques using various tools and resources.
- Hands-on experience with technical preemployment assessments.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, candidates, and internal HR teams.
- Understanding of the competitive talent landscape and ability to communicate the value proposition effectively.
- Knowledge of leveraging the full talent pipeline, from university hiring to internal talent mobility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience using Workday Recruit or Phenom People (or similar CRM).
