They should be organized, possess strong communication abilities, and feel comfortable managing multiple projects and reporting to varying levels of seniority. The candidate will be part of a global team and may occasionally need to work flexible hours within the standard 40-hour workweek.
Social Media Marketing
Support the day-to-day management of TCI’s employee advocacy social media program, TCI Voices.
Draft and create social media content to amplify TCI’s thought leadership.
Analyze and report on social media performance to optimize our presence.
Content Creation
Communicate complex topics clearly in written form for internal communications, social media, and presentations.
Draft content and build digital internal newsletters to update the practice area on BCG, industry, and competitor activities.
Marketing Performance Analysis
Maintain data quality within marketing platforms, including the global CRM database.
Prepare dashboards with key performance metrics to demonstrate the impact of our marketing tactics.
Collaborate with the global analytics team to leverage meaningful marketing KPI metrics.
Digital Marketing Tools
Use LinkedIn campaign management tools and Haiilo.
Experience with creative software like Figma is a plus.
Develop and send newsletters within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Working in a Dynamic Environment

Be familiar with matrix organizations.
Support scheduling and preparation for meetings with key stakeholders.
Network with other students, Co-Ops, and marketers.

Balance short- and long-term priorities effectively.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university degree program with an existing co-op partnership with BCG's Advanced Capabilities Center organization.
- Meet the co-op program eligibility requirements and be approved by your college/university to participate in the co-op program.
- Able to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the co-op cycle (December-June).
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work autonomously with strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Experience with social media channels, particularly LinkedIn.
