This Supply Planning Manager role (individual contributor, no direct reports) oversees supply chain execution and planning for the EC Business; responsible for translating objectives into strategy, driving performance across all KPIs, and leveraging Lean Six Sigma for continuous improvement to build a world-class supply planning function

Your role:

• Leadership & Strategic Oversight: Lead the EC supply planning function, managing supply planners and overseeing supply planning processes, policies, and performance metrics (e.g., inventory, delivery, service levels).

• Sales & Operating Planning: Process & Demand-Supply Alignment: Drive the supply side of the S&OP process, providing supply status, reviewing demand outlook, chairing S&OP Supply Review Meetings, and submitting the monthly Supply Plan.

• Operational Execution & Continuous Improvement: Support OMM activities, oversee physical network planning with logistics and inventory, manage product transitions (NPI/EOL/Promotions/Projects), and drive continuous improvement in planning processes.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Actively engage with ISC sites, regional distribution centers, planning teams, and Product Marketing to manage deviations, resolve supply-demand imbalances, and ensure rapid execution of recovery actions.

• Process Excellence & Performance Management: Establish a culture of continuous improvement, monitor key supply planning metrics, and align production and material plans with business needs for optimal execution.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, or S&OP functions.

• Your skills include strong knowledge of planning and supply chain industry practices, SAP ERP systems, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies (certification preferred); experience in mature S&OP environments, driving continuous improvement, and implementing Lean methodologies; roven ability to influence global teams and navigate complex, regulated environments.

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

• You’re an excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in WA is $112,112 to $192,192

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
