Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full-time a Staff Systems Engineer to support the Bobcat program. Responsibilities for this position include:

* Providing guidance for engineering (including Security) activities
* Working with architects and Chief Engineer (CE) to implement long term vision for architecture
* Adhering to the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and resources throughout the engineering life cycle to support the generation of engineering applications products
* Providing technical guidance for the engineering projects
* Identifying and managing program level risks
* Facilitating project progress of all projects being implement from inception to implementation
* Providing support for programmatic articles (PMR Pre/Metrics, ROMBs, etc.)
* Supporting Anomaly Resolution Boards (ARBs) and Bobcat/Customer Engineering Review Board as required and helping and resolve Problem Reports (PRs)

Basic Qualifications:
* Leading teams functionally or technically
* Systems Engineering skills and experience
* Previous experience in schedule management for engineering activities
* Active or current TS/SCI security clearance with a CI Poly
Desired Skills:
* Agile methodologies
* Prior Jira experience
* Earned Value Management (EVM) understanding or experience
* Security+ certification
* Demonstrated communication skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
