Title: Senior Product Analyst
Location: 7 World Trade Center, 250 Greenwich Street, New York, NY 10007
Duties: Translate product vison into actionable, codable and measurable components. Stack, refine and drive the squad backlog to align with product priorities. Estimate efforts and provide project delivery timelines for implementation. Create and maintain business requirements for new and existing product features and functionality. Assist in creating and maintaining prototypes/wireframes for product features and functionality. Provide day-to-day direction and enable issue resolution/escalation for the squad. Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Incorporate user needs into stories and validate within each sprint or capability launch. Support Sprint demos, Backlog Refinement, Go Live Readiness including user acceptance testing and training coordination. Ensure Product roadmap remains functional and up to date in response to sprint planning. Prepare and coordinate response to model and scorecard related request from external and internal parties including model support, regulatory requests. Create user guides and provide user training on new and existing Credit Rating Models and Credit Rating scorecard.
Requirements: Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology Computer Science, or a closely related technical field plus at least two (2) years of experience as a Technical Consultant, Associate, Analyst, or in a related position involving product development and management in the financial services industry. Must have experience with the following: devising development and testing strategies; designing SQL and Postgres scripts conducting complex data migrations; performing data visualization; and, optimizing and analyzing product usage data for use in product development and management.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $111,966 to $172,250, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody's also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
