We are seeking a Sr. Partner Sales Manager to grow our indirect channel with key focus partners in support of Genesys' revenue goals. This role involves nurturing strategic partnerships, generating partner opportunities and driving those opportunities to successful closure.
The Sr. Partner Sales Manager is a critical role in our sales organization encompassing all aspects of sales for a small number of key national partners including pipeline development, forecasting and sales execution in partnership with Genesys account teams.
The responsibilities include the overall leadership vision and direction of the relationships to include Quarterly Business Reviews, all deal-level communications, marketing and event sponsorship planning and execution, activity reporting and goal setting, as well as showcasing differentiated value internally for your partners.

- Lead sales enablement to Partner Sellers on products, processes and sales tools.
- Align the regional sales organizations with relevant partners through targeted demand generation and alignment activities.
- Leverage regional Partner managers to drive in market pipeline and sales execution
- Assisting sales and partners with any issues or conflicts that may arise during opportunity registration or during the sales process.
- Accurately track forecast, MEDDPICC-driven sales process and deal closure with your partners
- Proactively hold partners accountable to KPIs including sales and technical training, revenue goals and renewal timing
What do you need to have?
- Experience building and managing multiple partner relationships
- 5+ years of sales management and sales experience
- CX, CCaaS or AI experience is a plus
- Understanding of opportunity qualification, leading a sales cycle and accurate forecasting
- Interface at all organizational levels maintaining strong working relationships across cross-functional teams
- Extremely strong organizational and time management skills
- BS or BA degree or equivalent work-related work experience
- Ability to travel up to 40%
Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$92,700.00 - $181,900.00Benefits:
