Location: This is a hybrid (virtual/onsite) position with required onsite days on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday assigned to One Energy Plazalocated in Jackson, MI. The selected candidate must be within a commutable distance or willing to relocate (relocation package is available for those that qualify).
General Summary of Job Responsibilities
The Senior Manager Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer is responsible for leading a team with a focus on identity provisioning, authentication, and authorization. This includes regulatory and compliance requirements, corporate policy, separation of duties, governance. Interacts closely with People and Culture and IT teams with complementary identity tools. Assesses and implements IAM technologies against a defined IAM Architecture.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and system documentation for collaboration with Security Operations
- Create and maintain documentation repositories and as-built design with regular reviews to meet the CMMI maturity framework
- Work in collaboration with Security Program Management to manage workload demand, resource planning, and capital charging targets
- Establish metrics and standard processes to ensure consistent, high quality work products and measure success
- Engage employees to empower and develop them for continued growth and improvement. Embrace Diversity and Inclusion to ensure all staff have a voice
- Establish and maintain an IAM Architecture and roadmap for the organization that includes key identity and compliance stakeholders, People and Culture, Internal Audit, and IT
- Lead and direct the IAM team to evaluate, select, and implement IAM tools in partnership with peer IT teams
- Ensure regulatory requirements and internal controls are met. Develop appropriate controls and review schedules to ensure audit preparedness and compliance
- Engage all levels of internal and external stakeholders including executive leadership, organizational peers, vendors, and auditors
- Other duties as assigned or may be necessary
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Knowledge of IAM technologies and frameworks, including Active Directory, Provisioning Tools across technologies, Cloud Authentication, Identity Governance, Role Based Access, and Compliance
- Work independently with awareness of when to escalate or seek leadership guidance
- Demonstrated leadership skills with capability to develop coworkers with a focus on servant leadership
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality, as well as ability to adhere to company policies and best practices

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in security management, computer science, or related field and7 years of experience with infrastructure design and architectures, roadmap development, leadership experience, and overseeing multiple deliverables at the same time
- (OR)Associate's degreein security management, computer science, or related field and 9 years of experience with infrastructure design and architectures, roadmap development, leadership experience, and overseeing multiple deliverables at the same time
- (OR)Highschool diploma/GED and 11 yearsof experience with infrastructure design and architectures, roadmap development, leadership experience, and overseeing multiple deliverables at the same time
