The Sr Lead, Brand & Creative, reporting to the Global Head of Brand & Creative, champions one holistic brand, drives integration and collaboration, and elevates creative efficiency and output across the Brand & Creative team. This role is a business-minded creative lead with a breadth and depth of experiences across all facets of Brand & Creative - from brand strategy, to business partnership, to creative development and in-house production - working closely with our strategists, creative directors, and marketing partners, in support of Logitech's brand and advertising campaigns to help build one iconic brand globally.

- Have a global strategic mindset, capable of partnering with stakeholders across the organization bringing excellence across holistic brand strategy, creative development, and production expertise to life for our audiences across platforms.
- Support building and implementation of integration charter for Brand & Creative; work to identify opportunities and implement workflows, touchpoints and standardizations that drive efficiency, increase creative capacity, and lead to continuous improvement and elevates creative output.
- Act as a key contributor to discussions about brand evolution and strategic creative alignment for cross-business initiatives, upholding brand identity, while ensuring all projects maintain consistency with established guidelines - bring fresh and innovative ideas to strengthen storytelling across Logitech.
- Work closely with our Creative Strategy and Insights teams to analyze and disseminate actionable insights from culture, social listening, and research (including Brand Health Tracker), to impact workstreams across business groups and inform creative briefs.
- Manage approvals, feedback, and input from multiple stakeholders for high-priority projects. Identify opportunities to consolidate and align feedback at various touchpoints throughout the process in partnership with Creative Directors.
- Partner with various marketing teams to align on objectives, programs, deliverables, and steward POV through B&C team to craft creative briefs and deliver breakthrough creative ideas/activations.
- Ensure internal and external agency and creative partners deliver integrated world-class strategy, creative and solutions that are aligned with overall business strategy and brand positioning across all channels.
- Identify opportunities for cost-savings via agency roster management, internal and external resources management.
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
- Have 10+ years of experience directly managing brand and creative workstreams and related budgets, working collaboratively with business stakeholders and creative directors.
- Have worked to integrate brand, creative and production teams, in a "One Team" model including charter alignment to company strategy, creative processes and templates, workflow optimization and business prioritization for creative teams.
- Have a depth of expertise in the stages of creative development and execution from concepting to final delivery of marketing assets, as well as how to articulate actionable creative feedback and direction, leaning on data to influence key partners.
- Have a global mindset and thrive in an inclusive environment, working with teams from different countries and cultures.
- Have a deep understanding of what it takes to build and run an in-house studio, from structure to resourcing to creative in a data-first model, aligning to company-level strategy and objectives.
- Practice excellent organizational and prioritization skills and can manage multiple projects and competing demands at once.
- Ability to identify and flex priorities across strategic and creative workstreams in real-time, including resource recommendations to project assignments across internal and external creative teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in leading and working with cross functional teams, ability to listen and persuade cross-functionally.
- Strong organizational skills. Understands the strategic value that operations, process and tools can bring to a creative environment, and actively works to optimize.
- Nurture and maintain a close, collaborative partnership with the peers on the Brand & Creative, PM and Ops teams as well as marketing leaders in our business groups.
- A strong grasp of GTM planning and execution within a marketing organization, including Brand-level campaigns and new product launches, and proven ability to apply experience and learnings to improve marketing initiative outcomes.
- Experience with creative and production agency roster management, production vendors and suppliers.
- Experience working in large global teams with multiple stakeholders and project leads, familiar with the role of localization in the end-to-end creative development process.
- Able to initiate and drive opportunities independently, while operating in an ambiguous environment that changes quickly with a high level of collaboration.
- Experience managing and nurturing external agency relationships, including oversight of marketing brief through conceptual development, production and final delivery.
- High levels of energy, creativity, and enthusiasm with a strong sense of accountability.
- Strong financial acumen.
