The Sr. Human Resources Manager - Corporate develops policies and processes, and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as talent acquisition and management, performance management, training, employment relations, employee engagement, change management, communication, compensation, and organizational development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Carries out the development and administration of company-wide human resources policies and practices in accordance with stated company objectives and State and Federal legal requirements.
• Oversees and reports out on recruiting function for corporate office, manages agency and job board relationships, and other recruiting sources
• Recommends and implements changes to ADP Vantage modules.
• Manages a team of four including Sr. HR Generalist, Sr. Recruiter, HR Specialist, and HR Clerk/Receptionist
• Manages retention strategies and succession planning process.
• Manages the development, coordination, and deliverance of training programs, personal and career development, performance appraisal process, compensation systems, diversity and benefit programs.
• Reviews and analyzes wage and salary reports and data to establish competitive compensation plans.
• Reviews and analyzes legislation to assess industry trends and standards.
• Advises and assists management on human resources issues.
• Manages controversial and sensitive employment issues.
• Manages employee-relations activities and programs including but not limited to employee counseling, interpretation of policies, new employee orientation, and employee recognition programs.
• Delivers presentations on the organization’s human resources policies and practices
• Develops, recommends, and implements personnel policies and procedures; assists with the preparation of handbook.
• Establishes and maintains department records and reports. Participate in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings, such as seminars.
• Travel to plants may be required. Up to 10% travel may be necessary.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree is required, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in human resources; experience in a corporate setting working with senior leadership is required, experience in manufacturing sites is a plus.
• SPHR and/or SHRM-SCP certifications preferred
• High level of proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
• Working knowledge of ADP Vantage or similar HRIS System is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and develop direct reports.
• Thorough understanding of all human resources principles and practices, including employment law, Affirmative Action and EEO compliance, benefits, compensation, recruiting, etc.
• Ability to develop and deliver training courses throughout all levels of organization.

• Proven leadership and business acumen skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $118,900-$164,000.00.
Compensation is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Short-Term Incentive and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package.
