Job Title: Software Engineer
Contract: 12 Months
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Job/Role Description:
* Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables.
* Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
* Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
* Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering.
Required Skills/Experience:
* 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
* 7+ years of application development and implementation experience
* 5+ years of relational database experience
* 5+ years of application production support experience
* 5+ years of Java/Spring Boot experience
* 3+ years of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Internet security protocol experience
* 3+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services
Desired Qualifications
* 3+ years of React
* 3+ years of Autosys experience
* 3+ years of NDM
* 3+ years of Apache Camel
* 3+ years of Selenium
* 3+ years with automated build and deploy tools like Jenkins/uDeploy
Other Desired Qualifications
* Event Orchestration experience
* Feature/Toggle based microservices expertise
* BFF (Backend for frontends)
* TDD (Test Driven Development)
* BDD (Behavior Driven Development)
* Containers (Kubernetes & docker)
* Domain Driven Design (DDD)
* CQRS and API compositions
* Service discovery implementations
