- Salary Range is $55,000 - $65,000/year
How you will make an impact:
As the Social Services Director, you will oversee resident evaluations and treatment, ensuring the social and emotional well-being of residents by collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. You will also assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges, providing comprehensive mental health and social services support, including discharge planning and coordination of post-discharge care. This role involves regular communication with residents and families, maintaining accurate documentation, conducting quality assurance functions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the Social Services Director is responsible for staff training, policy development, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge through continuing education.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related degree.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 2+ years of social work experience, preferably in long term care.
