Full Job Description
Our client, a boutique digital agency with global clients in the fashion and lifestyle space, is currently looking for a Social Media Director to join their team full-time. This position is fully remote, with occasional required travel to EU throughout the year.
Responsibilities:
- Lead social media and influencer initiatives across multiple global brands
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the clients goals and objectives
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and incorporate them into the agency's social media strategy
- Manage social media handles and campaigns for global brands
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns
- Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on social media best practices and trends
- Track and analyze social media performance and provide regular reports to clients and internal teams
- Manage budgets and resources for social media and influencer campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate them into social media strategies
- Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their social media skills
Must Haves:
- Minimum 6 years experience in social media strategy & management
- Proficiency in social media tools (Sprinklr, Sprout or Hootsuite)
- Agency background is needed
- Extensive knowledge of advertising for global brands in the luxury brand & alcohol industry
- Must be able to speak to in-depth to paid media strategy
- Must have a recent piece of work relevant to social strategy
Laptop will provided by client.
