Our global technology client is looking for a Social Media Manager. This is a remote position, but you must be located in the US and work PST hours. This role joins a passionate, fun team where everyone has an entrepreneurial spirit, unrelenting tenacity to get things done, and focus to deliver significant impact on our customers' lives. We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is versed in both paid social platforms (TikTok, Meta, YT, etc) and equally comfortable with assisting in growing our organic social channels as well. The Social Media Manager is a proactive, highly motivated individual with experience in and a passion for branded social media content, driving word of mouth, and community building.

About the team:
This team is fun, driven, and passionate about connecting customers to the world of entertainment through our best-in-class devices and services. The TV Brand & Integrated Marketing team holds a high bar for leading partner management, integrated brand campaigns, growth marketing, and brand strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end paid social media campaigns including potentially influencers for TV covering planning and execution, working with internal stakeholders and media agencies. monitor campaigns in flight, and work with vendors (Sprinklr) on reporting and performance.
- Assisting with social content creation, internal workflows, and performance reporting, building learnings into future campaigns. Posting on various platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of paid social media experience - buying, planning and reporting, as well as experience with organic.
- 5+ years of paid/organic experience within an agency or with a global technology company.
- Experience with social media data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Detail oriented and good communicator.
- Experience with managing projects across functional teams and agency partners.
- Experience with Sprinklr
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.00 to $55.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
