Slate CRM Administrator/Email Developer
Position Overview
The Slate CRM Administrator/Email Developer will manage and optimize the Slate CRM system while developing effective email campaigns to engage and retain our audience. The role involves working closely with various teams to ensure seamless communication and data management within the CRM, as well as designing and implementing email marketing strategies that drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Slate CRM system, ensuring data integrity and optimal functionality.
- Develop, test, and implement email marketing campaigns using Slate CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to create targeted email content and campaigns.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of email campaigns and CRM performance, making recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in training staff on Slate CRM usage and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM management and email marketing.
Qualifications
- Experience within higher education!
- Proven experience with Slate CRM administration and email development.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
- Experience with email marketing strategies and tools.
- Familiarity with HTML5 and its application in email development.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
