Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Receive shipping orders and fulfill them
Use parcel shipping service systems to ship phones and supplies to the field
Ensure that all shipping items remain in stock at all times
Provide reporting on inventory issues
Receive orders from vendors and categorize and organize the warehouse
Refurbish usable returned phones by replacing manuals, handsets, cables, etc so the phones can go back into use
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Basic computer functions required (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
Communicate effectively orally and through written reports and work in a team environment
Manage multiple projects simultaneously as this is a fast-paced and rapidly changing warehouse environment
Ability to operate a forklift with in-house training/certification.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirement
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
Visual acuity, mental awareness, and physical ability to operate forklift.
Dexterity of hands and limbs.
Adherence to safety and security requirements.
