The Service Admin/Coordinator reports directly to the Service Manager and provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies.
Job Type: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide our customers with a friendly and pleasant response to their needs.
- Front Desk Reception of visitors and answering phones.
- Maintains Annual Inspection schedule & Database.
- Works within our accounting system (QuickBooks)
- Invoicing for our Sales and Service Departments
- Uploading invoices to customer portals and filing duties
- Incoming /outgoing mail
- Schedule maintenance of office equipment as needed.
- Order office and shop supplies
- Any other work-related duties as assigned by management.
Education & Qualification Requirements:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Knowledge and proficiency in basic computers/software skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proven initiative and a positive attitude and highly dependable
- Required to work overtime, when necessary
