Product and Engineering Enablement
Small & Business Banking Technology ‘Product and Engineering Enablement’ optimizes our product model, its people, and the analysis and strategies and understanding that enable the Small & Business Banking products that our customers love. We engage at all levels of the product to institute Agile and product best practices. We are seeking a Technology Analyst to lead the maturation of our product, working alongside product managers and engineering leaders to guide software delivery teams to ensure quality and efficient product delivery.
In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems
Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements
Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems
Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions
Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes
Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables
Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of experience providing feature and story technical solutioning including identification of technical dependencies
2+ years of experience in a product operating model, with consideration for candidates with product area experience
2+ years of experience guiding technology teams in feature refinement and sizing discussions
2+ years of verifiable experience with Jira automation
2+ years of verifiable experience with leading product area and/or product delivery teams (L1) to adhering to Agile concepts
2+ years of experience with leading product area and/or product delivery teams (L1) to product maturity metrics
Desired Qualifications:
Client/Customer Centricity (awareness of the client/customer segments served by different areas of the business)
Ability to manage complex documentation requirements, identifies optimal methods of researching business requirements and translating it into relevant and understandable language
Experience drafting, revising, and/or publishing documentation covering moderately complex details
Understanding of, and experience with, non-functional requirements (NFRs) and how those activities contribute to a successful product
Risk and compliance understanding
Code quality, data analysis, observability, programming (language TBD), cloud knowledge, EPL, BDD/TDD/DDD
Job Expectations:
Strong communication skills with ability to lead requirement discussions, facilitate decision making and keep stakeholders updated
Experience influencing in a matrixed environment and developing cross-functional partnerships
Experience with Agile practices, and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and workflow, and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, and Jira
Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussion to explore the best possible solutions and possess the ability to lead
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
In-office reporting (office 3x weekly), per WF Technology guidelines

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$73,100.00 - $129,900.00Benefits
