About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Systems Quality Assurance Analyst to support the testing of personal loan and private label credit card products in the Personal Lending area.

In this role, you will:

  • Document test cases and risk research and create test plans
  • Record test progress and results
  • Identify and track issues throughout testing
  • Perform manual and automated testing
  • Consult with users providing advice and direction
  • Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
  • Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes
  • Research system features being tested
  • Partner with Engineers to develop testing strategy
  • Log, track and verify resolution of software and specification defects
  • Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced staff


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to work on multiple projects and manage workload to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work within a team environment as well as individual accountability.
  • Experience with Personal Lending applications preferred.
  • 2 + years of Agile experience
  • Experience with writing test scripts, test execution, and testing tools required
  • 4 + years of test planning and executing experience in systems such as: ALM and JIRA
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and manage workload to meet deadlines.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected results
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as well as production validation of technology systems in operations support
  • Ability to work within a team environment as well as individual accountability. ​

Job Expectations:

  • Hybrid work schedule
  • Candidate must reside within a commutable distance of one of the locations listed on the posting

  • Schedule may be subject to change based on business needs and flexibility of schedule is an expectation. Schedules are dynamic and will change based on business need as determined by testing needs; customers are the primary focus of everything we do.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$73,100.00 - $129,900.00
