Our client in the Personal Care space is seeking a fulltime, hybrid (Tues-Thurs), Senior Social Media Manager to lead their social media channels with a primary focus on Instagram and TikTok.
The ideal candidate will have hands on in content creation while being able to leverage data to enhance brand storytelling. In this role, you will oversee all social media initiatives, focusing on building community and driving engagement through innovative content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Develop and implement a social media strategy focused on brand storytelling, especially on Instagram and TikTok.
- Content Strategy: Plan and maintain a content calendar that aligns with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.
- Campaign Execution: Lead the implementation of social media campaigns, ensuring they align with overall marketing goals and messaging.
- Content Creation: Create engaging content (photos, videos, graphics) for Instagram and TikTok, and also for Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest. A content creation project will be part of the interview process.
- Analytics and Optimization: Use analytics tools to evaluate performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Community Engagement: Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages to build a vibrant community.
- Brand Advocacy: Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media platforms.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and tools to guide innovation and experimentation.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with Brand & Product Marketing and Creative teams for cohesive messaging across channels.
- Team Collaboration: Mentor and support your team, fostering creativity and fresh ideas while continuously improving processes.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on content creation and community management.
- Skilled in content creation and editing tools; experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Capcut, Dashudson, Hootsuite, Sprout).
- MUST have a portfolio or samples of previous social media campaigns and content creation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics; experience with tools like Google Analytics, Dash Hudson, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Analytics.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Wrike, Monday, Jira, Trello); proficiency in MS Office and Canva.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
