If so, we are seeking a Senior Programmer/Analyst who will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise and direction to Programmer Analyst team to execute all aspects of development lifecycle for Berlin’s PeopleSoft Financials and Supply chain applications including support, enhancements, new development, and implementation of delivered functionality.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise on Peoplesoft solutions with processes and procedures.
- Participates in business analysis and requirements gathering with end users and stakeholders.
- Participate in system testing and debugging, ensuring that all system changes are adequately unit tested prior to implementation.
- Create and review technical design documents created by developers and 3rd party companies. Work closely with them to come up with a scalable and easy to maintain design.
- Create and review architecture and solution diagrams in Lucid chart based on the design documents and present it in Architecture review board for approval.
- Perform code reviews on projects developed by Berlin developers or 3rd party developers and offshore resources.
- Work with other technical teams to implement and support applications.
- Work with onshore/offshore developers on projects and support incidents.
- Work on support incidents and enhancements. Provide L2/L3 support to support teams as needed to resolve the incidents.
- Support other non-ERP related applications as appropriate.
- Provide timely status updates to management.
- Serve as a role model for the employee portion of the Berlin Values by demonstrating a strong work ethic, teamwork, loyalty, innovation, productivity and driving profitable results.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Requires a BA/BS in computer science or similar discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
- Requires 6 to 8 yrs of Peoplesoft experience.
- Requires experience with Peoplesoft 9.2 FSCM modules and fluid interface.
- Requires strong knowledge of Order Management, Billing, Inventory and PO modules and working knowledge in AP/AR/PO/CM/GL modules.
- Manufacturing experience and debugging Peoplesoft COBOL programs is a plus.
- Ability to work in highly customized Peoplesoft environment.
- Hands on experience with People tools, A/E and SQR's.
- Knowledge of SQL Server, Workload scheduling tool, PHIRE.
- Experience working with People Tools 8.54 and above, People Code, SQL, SQR, Application Engine and BI publisher development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize projects.
- Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet project deadlines and with minimal guidance.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Can-do mindset.
