As an associate in Capital One's Cyber Information Security Office - Product Security team, you will work with top talent to solve problems and drive solutions to help the company reduce cyber risk. This position will be in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment where you will be handling multiple concurrent projects while working independently and in teams. This role will lead the Risk Operations Automation and Analytics team and have strong Business Intelligence, analytics and automation components and those with a BI background are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities:
Serve as technical SME for Risk Operations Automation/Analytics team in support of the Product Security capability teams, including Assurance, Advisory, Risk Operations, Assessments.
Develop automated reporting solutions using scripts and cloud based computing platforms
Use coding to build data insights about cyber and product security risk into our core tools
Work with Information Security Office and Product Security capability teams to anticipate their objectives, data analytics and reporting needs to better serve their services
Analyze and interpret best practices and metrics to develop reporting dashboards, risk management tooling to identify cyber risk trends, analytics, and/or maturity opportunities for capability teams.
Assist and drive delivery of materials for senior management and other governance activities
Build successful relationships with ISO, Product Security capabilities and Cyber teams to understand analytics and automation needs
Influence capability teams to integrate and automate product security capabilities and services
Participate in risk and other management forums and contribute to continuous improvement of risk and project / program management practices
Provide regular updates to executive leadership with your capability service on the overall Product Security health and risk environment

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 6 years of experience working in cybersecurity or information technology
At least 6 years of professional data analysis experience
At least 3 years of experience utilizing Tableau or AWS QuickSight
At least 3 years of experience in Cyber Security Concepts (cloud, network, platform)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of experience building software utilizing public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
5+ years experience utilizing Agile methodologies
3+ years of experience with Risk Management principles and Cybersecurity controls
3+ years of experience with Application Security
1+ years financial services industry experience
Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
1+ years experience in a regulated environment

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $234,700 - $267,900 for Sr Manager, Cyber TechnicalCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
