This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy, overseeing content creation and distribution across various channels to build brand awareness, propel lead generation, and achieve business objectives. Managing a team of content creators, this role closely collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with brand messaging and marketing goals, all while analyzing performance metrics to optimize content strategy and drive engagement. The goal is to deliver editorial excellence through content that speaks directly to our customers, embodying our brand's voice and vision across all our owned media channels. Responsibilities · Executes on a content strategy that sets the standard for excellence in B2B branding by generating innovative ideas, formulating a consistent content cadence, and providing creative direction for both visuals and copy that align with our brand’s ethos. · Handles day-to-day social media activities, including oversight of the social media tool, postings for approvals, as well as collect and report metrics and monitor social listening for brand-related posts and industry insights. · Works closely with internal stakeholders across various verticals, including the product marketing and demand generation teams, to create synergistic content that amplifies our brand’s message across all platforms. · Efficiently manages multiple deadlines and projects. When challenges arise, communicates proactively to find solutions and maintain workflow. · Organizes and manages content editorial calendar, ensuring that content production is aligned with brand objectives and market trends. · Stays up to date on industry trends, articles, reports, blogs, and competitive research in effort to identify influencers and curate valuable content. Who We’re Looking For · Bachelor’s Degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required. · 8+ years of related experience, required. · 10+ years of experience, preferred. · Strong industry knowledge with an understanding of content strategy and creation best practices and processes for multiple channels including blog, podcast, webinars, and social media platforms (i.e., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, and YouTube). · Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams, manage relationships with stakeholders, and handle feedback with grace, maintaining open lines of communication with both peers and leadership. · Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask, balance competing priorities, and support multiple projects simultaneously. · Strong writing skills and editing skills with the ability to adapt voice and style to fit social channels, creating compelling branded content that engages audiences without focusing solely on products. · Critical thinker with the ability to be creative, innovative, and resourceful, with the willingness to identify and test new tactics. · Deep affinity for social media and desire to engage and stay abreast of this fast-paced and always evolving channel, while monitoring constant flow of follower interaction. · A mindset geared towards innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement. · Ability to travel less than 5% of the time. · Must be 18 years of age or older. · Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required. · Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
