About this role:

Wells Fargo’s Finance Transformation Office is seeking a Executive Director - Finance Automation Product Management (Senior Lead Finance Analyst). This product leader will drive automation of Finance’s reports, end user computing tools and controls by leveraging modern tools e.g. PowerBI, Alteryx, PowerApps, etc. within an Agile/Kanban style delivery model. Will have responsibility for partnering with Product Director to lead cross-functional teams of automation professionals delivering multi-faceted solutions for Finance. This may include maintenance and oversight of the teams Kanban boards, advisory support to team members as well as partnering with line of business and functional Finance teams to identify, prioritize and refine work efforts to support those client groups.

In this role you will:

  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders as well as product and automation team leads to drive the identification, prioritization, and execution of automation work across reports, EUCTs and controls leveraging Power BI, Alteryx, Power Apps and Power Automate

  • Manage cross product and technology dependencies to enable automation team delivery

  • Drive the strategy and resolution of complex challenges and impediments related to the automation of Finance deliverables/components.

  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to Line of Business and Functional Finance groups on driving automation solutions across their teams

  • Lead meetings and conversations to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans

  • Ensure delivery quality and alignment to policy and best practices across delivery landscape

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 7+ years experience managing/delivering change within Financial Services preferably in Finance functions

  • 7+ years experience with design, implementation, and management of reporting, controls, end user computing or process automation projects leveraging Power BI, Alteryx, Power Apps, and Power Automate

  • Big Four public accounting experience

  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional product teams delivering both run the bank (BAU) and change the bank priorities

  • Demonstrated product or Kanban/Agile team leadership experience

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Demonstrated experience driving results, providing feedback/direction as well as managing and building relationships with other leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
